Jesus reads everyone like a book!
(John 2:23-25)

Key Point:
Jesus knows the hearts of everyone. There is nothing hidden from Him. He is the only know it all we know!

Because of the miraculous signs Jesus did in Jerusalem at the Passover Celebration, many began to trust in Him.

I. His Indescribable Signs (v.23)
A. Cosmetic Faith- Not a genuine trust (belief) in Jesus.
B. Completed Act- They only trusted (believed) Jesus if He continued to perform “miracles” for them.
C. Continued Acts- Jesus didn’t believe them because they didn’t trust in Him.

But Jesus didn’t trust them because He knew all about people. No one needed to tell Him about human nature, for He knew what was in each person’s heart.

II. His Infallible Sense (v.24-25a)
A. Secret Motives Always!
B. Self-Righteous Motives Always!
C. Sinful Motives Always!

III. His Indelible Spirit (v.24-25b)
A. Remains In Christ Always!
B. References Christ Always!
C. Rests In Christ Always!
